Script Doctor

Is your play close to the finish line but in need of some TLC?

Script Doctoring services lend you a fresh set of eyes on your work-in-progress. We’ll decide together how much time I’ll spend with your script (typically between 3 to 5 hours), and I’ll provide you with notes about structure, characterization, dialogue, pacing, and themes.

Is your early draft ready for close inspection and feedback?

Script Advising services help you prepare your first or second draft for submissions to development opportunities and workshops. If you’re looking for more robust feedback on structure, theme, and character development, Script Advising may be for you. This is a more collaborative agreement where we work together to take your play to the next level.

Time commitment: 7-10 hours

Do you have an idea for a play but aren’t sure how to get started?

Script Developing is the most comprehensive option. I will help you take take your play from initial idea to first draft, likely over the course of several weeks. This is a dynamic process that will help you build your confidence as an early-career playwright and develop vision for the next phase of drafting.
